Insurance & Appointment Information
We work with most health insurances, including:
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire New York State - NYSHIP, Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, American Specialty Health, 1199 Health Fund, GHI, United Healthcare, Oxford, "No-Fault"(Auto Accidents)
and Workers Compensation.
​We do accept HSA and FSA cards as payment
and can provide receipts for reimbursement as needed.
If you do not see your insurance listed one of our staff members can verify your insurance benefits for you.

Appointment Policy
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
If you do not cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the session. Fees vary depending on the service scheduled. Feel free to respond to the appointment reminders that are sent out the day before your appointment time. You can also call or text the front desk phone number at any time and one of our staff members will respond when we are back in the office.
